How long do the parking courses usually last? +
Most of our foundational courses run 8–12 weeks with two 90-minute sessions per week. Advanced parallel parking and city navigation modules extend the duration to 16 weeks.
What equipment should I bring to each class? +
You only need your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and comfortable clothing. We provide cones, mirrors, training mats, and all safety equipment at our locations.
Is there a refund policy if I need to cancel? +
Yes. Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 14 days before your start date. After that, we offer a 50% credit toward a future session. See our complete policy on the Terms page.
Where are the practice areas located? +
Our primary lot is in central San Francisco with four additional satellite locations around the Bay Area. All sites have controlled traffic conditions ideal for focused skill building.
Do you accommodate students with anxiety around driving? +
Absolutely. Our instructors are trained in supportive techniques and we maintain small class sizes. Many students join from backgrounds of driving apprehension and report significant confidence gains.
Can I switch my instructor mid-course? +
Yes. If you feel another instructor would better match your learning style, simply let us know. We arrange a switch within one business day at no extra cost.
Is there an option for one-on-one private lessons? +
Private sessions are available upon request. They are scheduled in two-hour blocks and priced separately. Contact our team directly to reserve private time.
